The Stageline SAM 550 Mobile Stage
The Stageline American Model (SAM) stage is ideal for larger events which require the ease and speed of a mobile stage.
The dimensions of this stage are 15.0m wide by 12.0m deep. You have the option of flying (hanging) the PA (up to 2 ton per side) and you can also stack the PA on the decked wings which are 3.65m wide per side. The decked wings can also be used as monitor positions if preferred.
This stage also provides excellent branding opportunities which are ideal if you would like to display any graphics, text or any sponsors logos.
The internal height from the stage floor to the roof is 7.7m.
In orchestral format, the SAM stage can accommodate approximately 150 musicians with music stands.
What audience size is this stage suitable for?
As a guideline, we recommend that this stage is suitable for audiences of between 5,000 – 20,000 people.
How long does it take to build?
The build/de-rig time for the SAM stage is around 5-6 hours and requires 5 crew (provided by us)

- 2.0m Roof extension to front (downstage) edge of roof
- Work lights to stage, under stage and audience areas, powered from your supply
- 01 - 4.5 x 3.0m (15’ x 10’) Front of House position (Easy Up tent)

What do you need to supply?
- Space on site for all SEGL vehicles unless nearby parking has been arranged.
- A secure working environment for the stage & crew, including 24 hour security.
- Suitable means of access for the stage on to site: if wet weather is predicted, we recommend that Trakway or similar is installed to avoid any vehicles becoming stuck.
- Crew access to water, toilet facilities and hot drinks.
Banners
Our crew will be more than happy to fit any banners that you have had made for the stage, however please take into consideration that this may slightly increase the build time.

Our Standby Policy
Two crew members will remain on site with you for the duration of your event as part of our company standby policy, one of which will be the crew boss (recommended by the HSE & the Institution of Structural Engineers). You will also have the use of our 24 hour standby manager service which ensures that you have contact with our office 24 hours a day, 7 days a week should you need any assistance. This is included at no extra cost in our dedicated service to you.
Optional Extra’s
In order to offer you a ‘one stop shop facility’ we can also provide a selection of decks & risers (including rolling), front of stage barrier and cable ramp for your event. Certain amounts of this equipment can travel in the stage which will save you additional transport costs.
